If anything positive came out of this, it would be in finding an excellent local computer repair guy. I paid $200 to have my pc restored from the damage caused in that "support" session. I requested support yesterday from Driver Support via the app on my pc - and have just returned from having my PC repaired and restored after that "support." The technician I visited in town, was able to show me what the problem was and all we could conclude was that he/she simply did not know what they were doing. In attempting to remain positive, I'll say that the price is low - but having said that, it's a real example of "You get what you pay for". ![]()
